Thank you for submitting an application to adopt an animal!
Once your application is received, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to visit our facility. Please be aware, applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Submitting an application for a specific animal does not reserve that animal for you. Animals may have previously scheduled appointments for potential adopters and/or applications may have been received prior to your submission.
Every member of the household must come to meet the animal.
If wishing to adopt a dog, any other dogs that will be residing in the same house must come in to meet.
Home ownership will be verified through a property records search. If renting, the landlord will be contacted to verify pets are allowed.
If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment or wish to cancel, please contact the shelter at 419-423-1664.
